Tryouts will be held on May 17 at the Luckey soccer fields located at 524 Krotzer Avenue, Luckey OH. Please remember to bring a water bottle, cleats, shin guards & a soccer ball to tryouts! BOYS:

Birth years 2014-2018*

8:45am: check-in and warm-ups

9:00-9:45am: tryouts

GIRLS:

Birth years 2011-2018*

10:00am: check-in and warm-ups

10:15-11:00am: tryouts

*Birth year ranges for boys and girls reflect the potential for teams based on survey results, which asked about interest for the upcoming seasonal year. The youngest potential team will be U9 for boys and girls (2017 birth year), but 2018 birth years can try out for this older division.

After tryouts, teams will be formed and parents will be provided with a team registration link to the email that you registered with to Accept/Decline the placement on a team within 24-48 hours after the tryout date. We ask for responses within 24 hours of receipt of the email to ensure that we can anvigate the process as quickly as possible. 

COSTS
Here is a breakdown of the costs and expectations for the upcoming seasons:

Registration Fee: $200
This covers participation in both the fall and spring seasons.

Fall Season: Mid/late August – October 31; expect teams to play a total of 10 games
Spring Season: Late March – May 31; expect teams to play a total of 8 games

Tournaments and winter indoor training are not included in the registration fee in order to keep our fee as low as possible and allow the most flexibility to our Select teams. These are optional and vary by team and coach. This allows the team to determine what additional tournaments and training they are interested in and at what cost.

Uniform Costs: Approximately $130 for two uniform kits (home and away)
There is the possibility of reusing uniforms from one season to the next, so this cost could be lower.

Practice & Participation Expectations:
Teams usually practice twice per week, with some coaches offering an optional third session.
We understand families may have other commitments, and our club strives to be as flexible as reasonably possible while maintaining a solid team environment.
