Registration & Uniforms

SPRING 2025 REGISTRATION 
Registration is open from January 12–January 26, 2024. The age division in which your child will participate is based off of their birth year. Spring season is when many participants move up to a new division since it is the first season after a new calendar year. Please use the Gold Age Matrix if you would like to verify the division your child will play for the upcoming season. 

The cost is $50 per player in 4U and 6U; $70 per player in 8U-14U divisions. 
Additional cost for purchase of uniform if applicable (8U-14U).
4U & 6U registration fee includes a FREE T-shirt for the current season.

Red team jersey, shorts & socks are purchased after registration for 8U, 10U, 12U, & 14U players who DO NOT currently have a uniform that fits. **Previous year uniforms are acceptable. The link to the Eastwood Soccer Uniform Store through Ortinau will be located in your registration confirmation email message as well as in the UNIFORM section below.

Unfortunately, with the large size of our program, we cannot guarantee team requests except for coach/player relationships.

Practices can begin March 1 weather permitting and games can run April 6 through May 23. There will NOT be an end-of-season tournament or ESSL day.

Information about teams, practices, and games will be communicated through your coach (the timeframe for this communication is anticipated to be late February). Please be patient as we work to get everything in place at the start of the season. We understand everyone is excited to get going, but many things need to be done between the time you register your participant and when you are contacted by your participant's coach. UNIFORMS
If you have a child playing in the 4U or 6U divisions, a free t-shirt will be provided to your child. If your child is playing in the 8U–14U divisions, you are responsible for ensuring your child has the official red Eastwood uniform for the season. Red team jersey, shorts & socks are purchased after registration for 8U, 10U, 12U, & 14U players that DO NOT currently have a uniform that fits. Previous year uniforms are acceptable, so if you have this uniform from a previous season and it still fits your child you are not required to purchase a new uniform. The official Eastwood uniform can be purchased from Ortinau Art. 

If you have a child playing 8U through 14U and need to order a uniform, please click here to order from Ortinau. Uniforms will be delivered to your child's coach at the beginning of the season. Uniforms must be purchased by February 2 in order to receive them in time for the start of the season and avoid rush shipping charges that will be charged directly to your order if it is after February 2.

COVID-19 CONSIDERATIONS
We will continue to follow any guidelines for play set forth by the United States Youth Soccer Association (USYSA), OSA, and the State of Ohio. As we move forward preparing for the upcoming soccer season we recognize any changes with the COVID-19 pandemic could require us to be flexible with how we run our season and it may look different than a typical season from before the pandemic. All participants and spectators must follow any COVID safety protocols the EYSA board deems necessary. Any participant or spectator who refuses to follow these protocols could be asked to leave the practice/game location. If we should have to cancel our soccer season due to COVID-19 restrictions we will plan to issue participants a credit towards next season unless a written request for a refund is made to [email protected].
