EYSA Field Maintenance is on the Remind App!

Hello EYSA Soccer Families,
We are looking for people who are willing and able to offer some assistance with field maintenance. In order to have a means of easily communicating with volunteers on this effort, we created a group called "EYSA Field Maintenance" on the Remind app. Please see below for additional information.
 
 
Using the Remind app:
We will send out announcements stating the what//where/when for example "We are relining fields at Stony Ridge on Thursday at 6pm. Please reply 'Yes' if you can help". If you are able to be there, simply respond with "Yes". Additionally, if you are at one of our field locations and you see something that you think needs to be addressed (lines hard to see, grass is really long, bad hole on field, etc), you can use the Remind app to send us a message. Please keep all communication on the Remind app clean and positive. It is not a place to complain and foul language will not be tolerated. If there is an issue, please bring it to the board's attention by emailing [email protected].  

Joining the Remind app:
The app gives you the option of whether to join with an email address or a phone number. Please use a cell phone number when you join to make any group messaging easier for you to follow. You can join the Field Maintenance group on Remind by going to https://www.remind.com/join/eysafie or if you don't have a smartphone you can send a text message to "81010" with text message "@eysafie" to still receive text notifications.

Remember, joining the Remind group doesn’t commit you to anything, but it will keep you informed of when work is happening and then you can choose whether it would work for your schedule to give a little time. It also gives you an easy way of providing us feedback on the field conditions if you see something that needs to be addressed. We know everyone has very busy schedules (board members included) and we are very appreciative of everyone who chooses to volunteer their time to help the soccer program. Our program would not be possible without volunteers.
